Included in the Raw Food Yoga Adventure Retreat is:
- Travel to and from the San Jose airport, directly to The Farm of Life (4 hours from San Jose)
- 7 nights accommodation at the beautiful Farm of Life in Costa Rica
-All you can eat organic, local, raw fruits and veggies, exotic tropical fruits and fresh coconuts!
- Pick tropical fruits right off the trees! 
- Raw food demos, culinary skills and workshops. Tips from experienced raw food chefs
-Simple 80/10/10 style cuisine with 2-4 low fat gourment dinners, like Pad Thai, from Chris Kendall's recipe books. 
- 1 to 2 Yoga classes per day  (4-5 different styles in the beautiful Yoga Hut overlooking the Jungle)
-Surfing, including rental and transportation (3-4 days depending on tides and level of surfing experience) 
- Amazing jungle hikes to waterfalls, cliff jumps, and more! (Varying lengths from easy to more challenging) 
- Meditation and tibetan singing bowls around the campfire
- Learn how to sungaze and walk barefoot with Brian (an experienced sungazer and barefoot walker) 
- One-on-one and group coaching with Chris Kendall and Naturally Ashley 
- Social and emotional support and strategies

I LOVE Costa Rica! I visited the Farm of Life with Chris earlier this year and underwent emotional, physical, and spiritual transformations. There is something about being in nature, expecailly in Costa Rica's untouched jungle, that is incredibly heart opening, balancing and healing. The sounds, the fresh clean air and spring water, the land, tropical fruits, organic greenhouse, animals and the people, I could only describe this place as pure love.
